I illustrated and animated this GIF for use on MNsure's social media channels to let consumers know of circumstances that qualify them for enrollment in health coverage outside of the open enrollment period. 


2017 Rate Release Packet

I created this packet detailing how rising premium costs would be offset by rising tax credits in many cases. This was created for the Governor's office and distributed to our partners at the State Legislature.

I directed, produced, shot, and edited this video for MNsure.


Social Media

Between 11/2015 and 6/2017, I managed all content on our Facebook and Twitter accounts, from organic and paid marketing to customer service. Many of my original illustrations are still in use.


Process Maps

With many changes taking place in Minnesota's individual market place in 2016, we wanted to lay out the application and enrollment process from start to finish. Consumers who click on "Create An Account" from the MNsure home page are directed to the New Customers guide; those who click "Log In" are directed to the Current Customers guide.

This was the first story I saw from start to finish. I pre-interviewed the subject, pitched the story, devised and arranged the shooting logistics, assistant directed on the field shoot, and acquired media for use in edit.
